Dr. Mark Agars has been in the academic and professional realms for over 25 years. Currently he is a Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Director of the Institute for Child Development and Family Relations at California State University, San Bernardino. He is an expert on the work-life interface and shares his thoughts and own struggles to making healthy work-life decisions with anyone who will listen. He is married to his wife Viara and has two boys Maksim and Niko.
